Our partner company's state-of-the-art digital printing equipment and technology produce vibrant color and crisp black and white images that rival or exceed the quality of traditional printing. Digital printing can be used for simple text-only documents or more complex items such as postcards, brochures, product sheets, flyers, newsletters and proposals.

Digital printing is ideal for Variable Data Personalization (see Variable Data Printing below) and lower quantity projects (less than 2,000 copies) or any time a faster turnaround is required. Our digital presses are equipped to handle many paper sizes and weights from 60# text up to a 14pt. cover (in dull, gloss, or matte), crack and peel label stock, and much more.

Variable Data Printing

Today, the marketing opportunities presented by Variable Data Printing are enormous. VDP is an excellent tool for highly targeted marketing programs. Companies can create powerful one-to-one marketing campaigns using customized text and images, image personalization and PURLs (Personalized URL's) – all based on the target audience's information and preferences. Instead of mass-producing a single document that delivers the same message to 5,000 people, you now can customize the message (including text, colors and images) so that each person receives a personalized message based on their preferences, buying habits or other criteria you can control.

How does it work? Our computer applications pull content from your database and integrate it into the document flow, printing pieces that are similar, but not identical. The basic document layout remains constant, but some text, colors and/or images can change.

Marketing that is personalized to each customer dramatically increases the return on investment (ROI) because the document's content and offer is tailored to the individual, improving the effectiveness of the message or offer. Various reports show response rates for Variable Data Printing ranging from 5% to over 30%. A well-documented study by Cap Ventures shows response rates for personalized print programs at 36%.
